  1. I can’t think of a whole lot more then you two already do that could improve this program.
    It’s an amazing set up!!
Maybe doing the Bible study Kayce mentioned since we always want to keep God first and it’s so easy to fall away from Him when things are going too good, or even too bad!! I love that you incorporate bible verses and expand how they can be used in our lives right now, today!!
Thank you both for all you do, and for all that is done behind the scenes by other family members too.

    1. Margie, you are such a gem and we are so blessed to have you as part of our community and team. Thank you for this valuable feedback and encouragement 🙂

  2. I can not think of anything else that you guys can do anymore then what you are already doing 🙏🙏❤️❤️Only thing I always think of if we could all meet in person some day and worship the lord together , how great that would be ❤️ 🙏 maybe some day if it’s the lords well 🙏 Thank you Kayce , Ruth and your team for a great support for doing a great job 👏 ❤️❤️🙏

    1. Thank you so much Patsy – you are a HUGE inspiration to us all of what dedication and consistency is all about. And yes!!! We can't wait to one day be able to all meet in person. That is definitely on our list of "to-do's" 🙂 <3

    1. Eva, yes you are NOT alone in that! So many of us have struggled with keeping the weight off in the past with all the fad diets.
You've got this – and we always say you are a Woman Chosen For Greatness and we believe in YOU!
With God on your side, all things are possible 🙂 🙂

  3. I like the emails that I get from you and your mom, and I like the facebook community. Just keep all the communication coming. As I can, I watch the videos and read the emails and facebook posts, and it all helps. Thanks for your help and your presence.

    Lee Broom

    1. Thank you so much for this great feedback Lee 🙂 We love what we do and will definitely keep it coming!
We have some exciting things in store that we can't wait to share with you!

  4. I do the replays and live the lessons on the WAC calls.

I especially enjoy the e sharing of recipes too. I have both of your cookbooks but when I read someone trying a recipe it encourages me to Roy!

    God bless you ladies.

    1. Hi Mary – yes, thank goodness for the replays! 🙂
Yes, new recipes are always so exciting to try – we will keep that feedback in mind as we keep moving forward!
God bless you too – hope you're doing well!

  5. Keep doing what you’re doing! The coaching calls have been excellent- it’s like therapy every Tuesday night with Jesus at the center. I love learning about how my mind is involved in all of it. I take notes on the calls and apply the truths that you teach to other areas of my life. It’s obvious that you’ve done your homework, and that God is blessing your ministry.

You’re both amazingly gifted and you know how and where to channel that gifted ness. I am very thankful that I found you.

    Lovingly, jan g

    1. Jan, I love this comment so much. Thank you for the encouragement – it truly means so much to us.
Maybe we will have to start calling them Tuesday Therapy Calls (haha!) because it is such a great time of learning and growing together.

    1. Hi Donna – it sounds like you are doing amazing with being mindful of what you are eating and that is half the battle right there!
But yes, I can imagine with working 7 days a week that you are a very busy lady! We often say that in times where you don't always have the ideal options for what to eat, focus on making the BEST decision you can with what is available/ what you can do!
You've got this and we believe in YOU! 🙂

  6. Dear Kayce What you and your mom do is amazing. I have never had such good results as I have with your program. The support you give is so helpful to me always positive and helpful. The one thing I still have trouble with is no snacks. I have looked for something not fattning but there is none. When I sit to watch TV at night is the hardest for me without any. I have given up pop long ago and happy with the water but I miss snacks other than raw vegies. Love them but not then. lol
Is there anything that a person can have while watching a movie?? Not giving up thats for sure but you asked and its the only thing I have trouble with. Thank you Elaine

    1. Hi Elaine – you are doing so amazing and we know that you are committed because you are showing up and getting amazing results (non-scale and on-scale ones! woohoo!)
Yes, the evenings can be challenging for me as well. And I agree – sometimes veggies just are not what we want.
Sometimes in the evening if I am going to have a snack, I will have an apple with peanut butter, or a few almonds or something like that.
And sometimes, when we are choosing to have the "not-so-healthy-treats" – the biggest thing to remember is portion control. So for example, for me – i LOVE chips. And I choose to have them once in awhile. But what I do is make sure to take out my handful of chips and put them in a bowl and then put the bag away.
Then I really enjoy those chips and when they're done, they're done. And then I carry on with healthy choices and don't let those chips de-rail all my progress.
Anyhow, hope that helps! Keep on keeping on because you are AMAZING!

  7. I am a Christian
I need to take care of the temple that God blessed with with.
I have abused my Tempie with too much food.
    Weight is out of control.
I never heard of this program which is strange because I seem to have tried everything including surgery.
God must is sent this to me.
What is this God Centered program?

    1. Hi Carmela,
You are NOT alone – I think every one of us women here can resonate with what you said.
We do not believe in diets because diets are all about deprivation and punishing yourself because you don't like who you are. We like to focus on CHOOSING to love who God made us – starting with where we are right now, today. And then choosing to fuel our bodies well so that we are treating our bodies well because we want to.
We actually have a really exciting event coming up this month that we are calling the "Fire Your Diet Masterclass" where we are going to teach how to lose weight without being on a diet. And inviting God into the journey is a big part of what we teach.
If you are interested, you can register at fyd.weighdownlifestyle.com
But just know that you are LOVED and you are WORTHY exactly as you are today 🙂

    1. Oh Donna, this is a great comment because soooo many of us can relate!
I often talk about Bible Study being a big source of temptation for me because there is ALWAYS a dessert brought and it can be so hard to say no.
My biggest piece of advice is to go into situations like that with a plan for what you will do and then stick to your plan. You've got this! And with God on your side, all things are possible 🙂

    1. Hi Renee,
Thank you for your authenticity – you are so not alone! We like to say that with God on our side, all things are possible.
I would encourage you to start taking small baby steps that are manageable and that you KNOW you can accomplish. And remember that every healthy decision you make is a step in the right direction…and 1 healthy meal doesn't make you healthy and 1 unhealthy meal doesn't make you unhealthy – it's consistency over time 🙂
You are amazing and we believe that you are a Woman Chosen For Greatness!

  8. I think you guys are Amazing and so is the program I've just been battling complications from covid pneumonia I do intend to jump back on before long
    Thanks Ladies

    1. Oh no – I'm so sorry to hear you are still dealing with these complications. We will keep you on the prayer list…feel free to post and give us an update so we can know more specifically how to pray.
Just remember that you are a Woman Chosen For Greatness and you are missed!
And thank you for your great encouragement 🙂

  9. The program is very good. Things make complete sense. I spent years putting garbage into my body. I have a food/sugar addiction. Say there is nothing more you and Ruth could do to help us!

I need to get back to posting as that’s when I do the best on it.

Thank you and Ruth for your dedication… It’s unbelievable!

    Terri

    1. Thank you so much Terri – we are so blessed to have you as part of the community and you are doing so well.
You are not alone in having that sugar addiction – it's such a tough one because sugar is in SO MANY THINGS. But we know that with God on our side, all things are possible – including overcoming that addiction.
You are a Woman Chosen For Greatness and we believe in YOU! 🙂

    2. Thank you so much Terri – we are so blessed to have you as part of the community and you are doing so well.

  10. I would say you folks serve us perfectly wonderfully! Your comments are always truthful & helpful without being irritating & judgy. You inspire me! I never get tired of hearing you Kayce & Ruth talk.

    1. Thank you so much for this beautiful comment Michelle – you always inspire us as well with your authenticity and vulnerability.
We love you and are so thankful to have you as part of our awesome community 🙂

  11. Thank you Ruth and Kayce for all that you provide in this program. I have learned so much and appreciate the WAC calls and devotional calls. The Bible verses are especially helpful and the daily devotionals when available. This program has been a God send to me and the Covid restrictions have helped me make time in my life to focus on the WeighDown Lifestyle. The recipes are fantastic and I look forward to more when you have them. The main things that attracted me to WDL was that it is for Christian women so God is in the journey and the cookbook. The community is wonderful and the encouragement and teaching from you, Ruth, Kaycee and Karen is fantastic. Thank you, Thank you and God continue to bless your ministry.

    1. Wow Marcia – this comment means a lot to us. Thank you 🙂
You're so right – our Weigh Down Lifestyle community has been such a God send for all of us during Covid as we haven't had to go through it alone. We are apart but together and it is such a beautiful thing.
Now to be able to all meet together in person one day soon!

  12. I believe all you are doing is wonderful!
I just returned from a trip to NC and eating things I usually don't and I'm sure you can understand that.
My brother just doesn't eat very healthy but what can I say?

When I returned home to WA and a big wind storm that took out the skylight over my master shower with glass and limbs all over, plus a tree down over my driveway the stress levels went sky high! Also dealing with shoulder pain for about a month…but I'm making it. Many people in the Pacific NW faired much worse than me.

I just look forward to hearing what you have to say again about the Weigh Down Lifestyle.
    Keep up the good work.
