Refunds & Cancellation Policy


10 Day Challenge’s can be refunded until the end of day two of the challenge. If the challenge starts on Monday, the challenge is refundable if you email us before 5pm PST and request a refund.

Refunds beyond 3 days are at our discretion for a good reason. You must have been participating in the program every day, being active in the Facebook group, and following the program. 

We will not refund you if you don’t make a significant attempt at the program.

We have a non-refundable $15 processing fee when you first start the program that is included in the cost of the program. 

Membership payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual subscriptions.

Cookbooks are non-refundable.


You can cancel anytime in your subscription, however we require that you give us 72 hours notice from the payment date to allow our system to process your request. 

Please note that a cancellation is not a refund.

We require this in order to have time to process cancellation of your next month’s transaction charge. Failure to give enough notice won’t cancel your next month’s payment, and it will be non-refundable.

No Re-entry

If you cancel your membership, you won’t be allowed to re-join. The benefit of the membership is for our dedicated members and we strive to protect them.

How To Cancel

Send an email to indicating that you would like to cancel. 

Please be sure to write in the subject and the body of the email that you would like to cancel. Please be explicit as possible.
