Hi Ruth and Kaycee, I’m looking forward to your workshop. I seem to struggle at trying to put an effort in being aware of what and how much I eat. I should have stayed on with the membership but with so much unknown happening in the world with job security I wasn’t sure I should spend extra money even though it’s very reasonable. My husband said I should have stayed on with you gals, so now I am starting again!! I appreciate you two very much! God Bless❣️

It’s such a head game! As much as I want to do this, I’m thinking why are you thinking about doing this now with the holidays coming? I will be forever grateful if I can learn to eat like a normal person, not binge, and never diet again! And start to shed some weight! HELP!
